About Us

YouthNow is a not for profit organisation specialising in career and transition services for young people. Established in 1997, we have been providing our expertise to businesses, schools, young people and community groups for 13 years.

YouthNow’s purpose is to advance education, training and employment outcomes for young people in Melbourne’s Western metropolitan region and in particular to significantly improve engagement and transition outcomes for young people from highly disadvantaged and impoverished backgrounds who would be at risk of disengaging from education, training and/or employment.

YouthNow aims to:

• Advocate for and empower young people to achieve seamless and sustainable transition from school to work, further education and/or training
• Implement effective careers & transition strategies for young people
• Develop dynamic partnerships between Industry, Education and Community Organisations that enhances positive outcomes in education, training & employment for young people
• Engage & commit employers to assist in the provision of quality education & training in the workplace for all young people
